We rent campers with two different types of body styles:

• An alcove camper is easily recognizable by its striking shape, due to the raised sleeping cabin above the driver's seats. This sleeping cabin is located above the vehicle's windscreen and protrudes above the driver's cabin.
• A semi-integrated camper, also known as a semi-integrated camper, is a combination of an alcove camper and an integrated camper. The cabin is an integral part of the living area, creating a smooth transition from the driver's cabin to the living area. This camper does not have a protruding alcove, but a drop-down bed that you can lower electrically above the seating area.

You can easily check the availability of our campers via our website. Go to "Our campers" and choose the desired camper. As soon as you click on the camper, you can immediately see the availability schedule.

The minimum rental period is 3 nights (in the high season you can only book from Friday to Friday). There is no fixed maximum rental period, as long as the camper is available, it can be rented.

Experience shows that you really have to finalize your bookings in the high season a long time in advance. Most bookings are often made around the turn of the year. In the other seasons you have a little more time, but we also recommend booking at least 2-3 months in advance to guarantee your rental period. Because booking a camper is so easy via the website, someone else can easily make a booking and you will see your free period pass you by.

Your booking is final as soon as you click the "book and pay deposit" button. You will receive a confirmation email with all the details of your booking.

Changes: You can always contact us via 0161-745 065 or info@beijsroadtrips.com to discuss changes. We can look at the possibilities based on availability.

Cancellation: You can cancel by means of a written cancellation statement by email or post. The date on which the cancellation statement is received by Beijs Roadtrips counts as the cancellation date.

The cancellation costs are calculated according to the following schedule:

• Up to 8 weeks before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price;
• 6 to 8 weeks before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price;
• 4 to 6 weeks before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price;
• Up to 4 weeks before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price.

Yes, all campers are standard insured with an AllRisk cover and 24/7 breakdown assistance. This means that damage to others and to the camper itself is covered, even if it is your fault. However, there is a deductible of €1000 per claim event.

The costs for renting a camper vary depending on the type of camper, the rental period and the season. Find the desired camper at "Our campers". If you add the desired camper to your booking and select the desired date, you will automatically see the total price.

We rent our campers according to the "All Inclusive" principle. This means that the price you see is also the price you pay. There are no hidden costs afterwards.

Our campers always include:

• Final cleaning of the camper (inside and out)
• Unlimited number of kilometers
• All-risk insurance + breakdown assistance
• Made beds and bath/kitchen linen
• Very complete inventory (view our full inventory list)
• Air conditioning (in the cabin and in the living area with 230V)
• Complete outdoor facilities, such as table & (adjustable) chairs, awning and rug
• Free use of the Campercontact and Park4Night apps (the paid version)
• Full explanation of the camper upon departure and telephone assistance on the road
• Technical equipment package
• Welcome package

The deposit for a Beijs Roadtrips camper is €1500. If you bring a dog (only possible in the Alcove Camper), an increased deposit of €500 applies in addition to the regular deposit. The deposit is requested to cover any damage, missing items, or the deductible for the insurance.

If there is no damage or defects, the deposit will be refunded to the account number known to us within 7 days. Any fines will be invoiced to you at a later date.

When booking, you pay a deposit of 25% of the total rental price. The remaining amount must be paid no later than 8 weeks before departure. If you make a booking less than 8 weeks before departure, you pay 100% of the rental price immediately upon booking. The deposit can be paid by debit card on site on the day of departure.

No, the price you see is the price you pay. All our campers are offered at an all-inclusive price, without hidden costs. You can find more information on our rates page. Of course, you still pay for your own fuel, tolls, and any overnight stays, etc.

Our extra options such as bicycles, a griddle, or a side tent can be booked up to the moment of departure (based on availability). Click here for the extra options.

Yes, the number of kilometers is unlimited. There are no extra costs for this afterwards.

- Pick up: between 3:30 PM and 5:00 PM (exact time will be agreed upon after booking).

- Return: between 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM (exact time will be agreed upon after booking).

You can pick up and return the camper at our visitor address: Nijverheidslaan 2C, 5121 MN in Rijen, North Brabant.

On the day you pick up the camper, you will receive an extensive explanation about how the camper and all its amenities work. A written explanation is also available in the camper to read everything back.

If you still have a question on the road, you can always contact us via the numbers mentioned in the information folder.

Yes, in the low season and mid-season you can rent a camper on any day of the week, subject to availability (Note: we have a minimum rental period of 3 nights). In the high season, the camper can only be booked from Friday to Friday.

Yes, it is possible to park your car during your rental period. Contact us for more information about the parking option.

You can rent a camper at Beijs Roadtrips if you are 24 years old and have had your B driving license for at least 3 years. If you are younger, please contact us to discuss the possibilities. 

You can drive all our campers with a B driver's license.

Of course, you want to take your dog on your camper holiday! Bringing your dog is free, but it is only allowed under a number of extra conditions, so that the next tenant or tenants with an allergy will not be bothered by it. A dog is only allowed in our Alcove camper. Here are our conditions for bringing a dog in our camper:

• Pets other than a dog are not allowed.
• For bringing a dog, an extra deposit of €500 applies in addition to the regular deposit of €1500.
• The camper must be completely cleaned by the tenant upon return, with extra attention paid to removing hair and odors left by the dog.
• The dog is not allowed on chairs, sofas, beds, pillows, or duvets inside the camper.
• The tenant must provide a suitable basket or crate for the dog.
• It is not allowed to leave the dog alone in the camper.
• The tenant is aware of all rules and regulations regarding transporting dogs in the country of destination (or through which you are traveling).

That is certainly possible! What does winter rental at Beijs Roadtrips mean?

During the winter rental, you can enjoy a camper holiday in the south. It is especially aimed at destinations such as Portugal and Spain. You can spend the winter comfortably and enjoy pleasant temperatures. Our campers are equipped with winter tires, warm blankets, and wonderful heating. This way you can always enjoy yourself, even if it gets a bit colder at night. View our winter rental page for more information.

Yes, our campers are suitable for traveling with children. We also offer child seats and other amenities to increase comfort. For this, check out our extra options. 

No, smoking in the camper is not allowed.

Yes, the ETA is mandatory for travelers visiting the United Kingdom for:

• Camper holidays and tourism
• Visiting family and friends
• Business camper trips
• Short study periods

The ETA is a digital travel permit that you apply for online via a special app. This permit is valid for two years and gives you the opportunity to visit the UK multiple times. The ETA is comparable to the ESTA in the United States and the ETA in Canada, and is intended to tighten border control and ensure safety. With an ETA you can stay in the UK for a maximum of six months. For longer stays, such as working or studying, a regular visa is required. Children and babies in your camper also need their own ETA. Something can always happen on the road. You are not alone on the road and in addition, traveling with a camper is "a technical sport". The Beijs Roadtrips camper is well-maintained and fully insured. 24/7 breakdown assistance is also available. If there is a life-threatening situation, fire, or other emergency, always call the emergency number first (112). After that, or in other cases, always contact Beijs Roadtrips and call +31 161 - 745065. We will discuss what to do together.

Yes, you can extend the rental period, depending on availability. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange the extension.

Before your departure, you will receive extensive instructions on how to use the camper, including how to use the water, gas, and electricity supplies.

Beijs Roadtrips' insurance only provides coverage in countries listed on the International Motor Insurance Card (also called a green card). Because the insurance does not provide coverage in countries not listed on the green card, it is not permitted to travel to these countries with the camper.

Countries that are on the green card, but are not considered safe may not be visited or crossed by the tenant. The travel advice of the Dutch government is leading here:

1. Countries that are yellow according to the travel advice: only with permission from Beijs Roadtrips;
2. Countries that are orange/red according to the travel advice: not allowed. Violation of this prohibition means that the tenant is fully liable for all damage resulting from entering and/or crossing the area.

Are you in doubt about your route or visiting a country? Ask us. The green card is supplied as standard in the camper.

A Beijs Roadtrip camper is equipped with an environmental sticker for Germany and France. You can purchase other vignettes or environmental stickers yourself.

Tolls: Toll roads are not covered in the rental price, you are responsible for paying tolls yourself.

Fines: you must be aware of the applicable traffic rules in the country where you are driving the camper, you are responsible for fines yourself. Any fines that arrive after the deposit has been refunded will be invoiced to the tenant.

For a smooth return, we ask you to have the following points in order:

• Check all cupboards to see if your personal belongings have been put away.
• Strip the used beds (collect dirty sheets in the bathroom)
• Collect the bath and kitchen linen in the bathroom
• Do the dishes, dry them, and put them away
• Empty the gray water tank.
• Empty and clean the chemical cassette of the toilet.
• Sweep the camper clean and ensure that all waste has been disposed of.
• Fill up with diesel and AdBlue.

Beijs Roadtrips takes care of the final cleaning (inside and out), so you don't have to do this yourself.

To ensure that the fuel tank has the same amount of fuel for every customer, we would like to ask you to fill up for the last time just before you return. We would like to ask you to always do this at the same gas station.

Behind the shop, at the pump for trucks, you can get diesel and AdBlue for cars (there is no height restriction here). In both cases, never use the large truck hoses, but the hoses for passenger cars.

No, you don't have to. Beijs Roadtrips ensures that the camper, both inside and out, is completely in order for the next tenant. This means you can fully enjoy your holiday until the last minute.

In case you bring a dog, the cleaning by Beijs Roadtrips is canceled. You are then responsible for the final cleaning of the inside. Read more about this in our general terms and conditions.
